All orders are shipped within 24-36 hours from our store. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our store to your door.  

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text message with your tracking number and shipping details. You can use the tracking number to follow your package’s journey in real time. If you have an account with us, you can also log in and check the shipping status under “My Orders”.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within the expected processing time, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer support for assistance.

We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We can update your address only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the order is in transit, we’re unable to make changes. In that case, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly to see if they offer rerouting options.
